As a part of Darwinbox, you will play a crucial role in engaging with prospects through outbound lead generation and ensuring thorough qualification. Leveraging technology and tools, you will automate prospecting efforts to generate qualified leads via targeted outreach and nurturing customer relationships. Additionally, you will assist in updating and maintaining sales-related presentations and case studies. Your responsibilities will include conducting stakeholder, account, and industry-level research, developing Account Maps with Sales representatives, and participating in discovery calls for needs assessment alongside Sales representatives. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as pre-sales, product, and value engineering will be essential for pre-meeting preparations and alignment on the upcoming product roadmap and client requirements. You will actively contribute to basic RFP responses and collaborate with Marketing to develop various collaterals. Furthermore, you will be responsible for maintaining a common enterprise shared knowledge repository, assisting in the documentation of NDAs and Contracts with new clients, and providing ad hoc support as required to harmonize with the existing India BD organization. To excel in this role, you should possess an in-depth understanding of the sales process, strong written and verbal communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Proficiency in MS PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential, along with the ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time efficiently. A willingness to learn and address the sales team's needs proficiently is crucial for success in this position.
