Your responsibilities will also include leading the creation of newsletters, brochures, reports, articles, blogs, presentations, and audio-visual materials to enhance organizational visibility and maintain consistent branding. Collaboration with cross-functional teams will be key as you align communication strategies and support media outreach and PR initiatives. You will work closely with external PR teams, maintain and update websites, coordinate SEO and web analytics, and manage media assets while adhering to ethical standards. Additionally, overseeing communication collateral for events, ensuring brand consistency, and supporting internal capacity building in communications will be part of your role. To excel in this role, you should hold a Masters/Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail are essential, along with familiarity with various social media platforms and digital communication tools. A creative mindset, the ability to learn quickly, adapt to new challenges, and work in a fast-paced environment are also crucial. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, G-suite, Canva, and other editing software will be beneficial for this position.
