Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Operations & Maintenance (O&M) professional to manage, monitor, and maintain telecom network infrastructure. The role involves ensuring uninterrupted network services, quick fault resolution, preventive maintenance, and compliance with company standards. Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: Perform daily monitoring, operations, and maintenance of telecom equipment (Fiber, BTS, OFC, Transmission systems, etc.). Handle fault management and ensure quick restoration of services in case of breakdowns. Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance to reduce downtime. Ensure compliance with SLA (Service Level Agreements) and escalate issues when required. Coordinate with field engineers, technicians, and vendors for smooth operations. Maintain accurate records of faults, maintenance activities, and spare parts usage. Monitor power systems, DG sets, and other supporting infra for telecom sites. Support network expansion/upgrades and test new installations. Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards at all times.
