Job Description: Assessing students' academic and social development, maintaining necessary records, creating progress reports and meeting emotional needs while being sensitive to the child's feelings and actions. Coordinating and supervising the preschool personnel, which includes aides, volunteers, and assistant teachers. Facilitating the all-around development of all children, enabling them to reach their full potential. Supporting the development of the children within the curriculum. Producing accurate and effective observations to assess the children’s progress and their effectiveness Using a variety of resources representing multiple perspectives and addressing the individual needs of children with different levels and types of ability. Providing reassurance to new children to enable a smooth transition. Utilizing a range and balance of planning, teaching, and assessment (recording and reporting) strategies. Execute Monthly/weekly/daily learning outcome goals, implementing and supervising into daily classroom practice Be accessible and available as a point of contact for parents or careers. Actively communicating with team members and creating an inclusive environment for the staff, students and parents.
