Job Description: We are a well-established recruitment company seeking an experienced Manager HR Operations to lead and manage our recruitment team. The ideal candidate will oversee daily recruitment operations, manage a team of 30 to 40 recruiters , ensure client delivery, and drive revenue growth. Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of recruiters to achieve hiring targets. Oversee day-to-day recruitment operations across multiple domains (IT, ITeS, BPO, etc.). Allocate requirements and monitor performance to ensure timely closures. Implement strategies to improve sourcing efficiency and conversion rates. Manage client escalations and ensure high service delivery standards. Prepare and track daily/weekly/monthly performance reports. Train and mentor recruiters to enhance skills and productivity. Work closely with management to meet business goals and revenue targets. Requirements: Minimum 58 years of experience in recruitment, with at least 3 years in a team management role. Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills. Proven track record of managing large teams and meeting hiring targets. Knowledge of IT, BPO, and lateral hiring processes.
