You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department as an HR Executive. Your primary duties will involve recruiting and staffing logistics, including tasks such as posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and extending job offers. Additionally, you will be involved in employee onboarding processes, updating new staff records, and ensuring the confidentiality of employee information. Your role will also entail developing and executing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy. You will address grievances, manage conflict resolution processes, maintain employee records, and actively participate in performance management procedures such as performance reviews and employee evaluations. Collaboration with the executive team for strategic planning and organizational development will also be a key aspect of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate for this position should hold an MBA in HR, with prior experience in HR being preferred. This is a full-time position with a salary range of 15,000.00 to 20,000.00 per month.
