To excel in this role, you are required to have a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 2-4 years of experience in HR roles focusing on recruitment and core HR functions. Proficiency in HRIS and applicant tracking systems, a strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, organizational and time-management abilities, and a high level of discretion and confidentiality are essential. Key indicators for your performance will include time-to-fill and cost-per-hire metrics, employee retention and turnover rates, compliance audit results, and employee satisfaction and engagement scores.
