Role & responsibilities Handle end-to-end recruitment sourcing, screening, shortlisting, and coordinating interviews. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft accurate job descriptions. Use platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed to source candidates. Source, screen, evaluate, and shortlist candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations. Conduct candidate briefings, manage expectations, and ensure a smooth recruitment lifecycle. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly hiring targets. Use diverse sourcing strategies, including headhunting, database mining, social media hiring, and referrals. Maintain applicant tracking and candidate pipelines. Support basic HR functions like on boarding paperwork and interview scheduling. Preferred candidate profile 5 years of experience in recruitment (agency, in-house, or RPO context preferred). Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills. Familiarity with recruiting tools and job portals. Mandatory: Hands-on experience in hiring for roles within the automotive manufacturing industry. Sound understanding of technical functions and terminologies related to production, quality, maintenance, R&D, design, and operations. Proven experience sourcing candidates through job portals, networking, referrals, and headhunting. Experience in plant-level or shopfloor hiring Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Education & Experience: Graduate Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong in candidate sourcing and screening, with attention to detail. Sound knowledge of recruitment metrics and hiring processes. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently under pressure.
