You have a great opportunity to join a leading banking process as a Customer Relationship Officer / Phone Banking Officer in Sector 127, Noida. This is a permanent role open to graduates, freshers, and undergraduates with a minimum of 1 year experience. It is essential to be proficient in English and Hindi, with English equivalent to Versant Level 4 and above. As a Customer Service (Inbound) representative, your primary responsibilities will include interacting with customers, providing exceptional service, and handling inquiries. The role offers a fixed salary of Rs. 16,500 for freshers and Rs. 17,500 for experienced candidates, along with attractive performance-based incentives. You will be required to work from the office with a 6-day working week and rotational offs. The shifts will be 9 hours long, as per the process roster. Ideal candidates for this position are those who are passionate about customer interaction, fluent in spoken English and Hindi, and adaptable to a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
