Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining BMC as a Technical Support Team member, where you will play a crucial role in helping businesses worldwide to run and reinvent. As a part of the Customer Success team, you will be empowering customers to maximize the value of their BMC investments and contribute to BMC's pursuit of innovation. Key Responsibilities: - Manage customer expectations, handle competing priorities, and conduct research on customer incidents to create Knowledge Articles and reusable solutions. - Escalate issues and collaborate with Research and Development to resolve complex support problems. - Utilize professional concepts, company policies, and procedures to solve a wide range of difficult problems in imaginative and practical ways. - Troubleshoot intermediate to advanced problems, recommend appropriate actions, and provide support case follow-up until resolution while ensuring proper escalation procedures are followed for unresolved issues. - Be actively involved in global projects, continuously learning, challenging yourself, and innovating to solve everyday problems. Qualifications Required: - Embrace BMC values and demonstrate them daily. - Possess 4+ years of experience handling BMC Remedy ITSM across modules like ARS, SRM, SLM, SmartIT, Smart Reporting, CMDB, DWP, and SSO from consultancy and support perspectives. - Have in-depth troubleshooting and analytical knowledge in BMC product areas. - Hold a bachelor's degree in any stream on a Full-Time basis. - Be open to periodic weekend work as it may be required.
