As part of the Technical Support Team, your role will involve the following key responsibilities: - Managing customer expectations and competing priorities - Conducting research on customer incidents to create Knowledge Articles and reusable solutions - Escalating issues and collaborating with Research and Development to resolve complex support problems - Troubleshooting intermediate to advanced problems and recommending appropriate actions - Providing support case follow-up until resolution and ensuring proper escalation procedures are followed To excel in this role, you are required to possess the following qualifications and experience: - 4+ years of experience handling BMC Remedy ITSM across modules ARS/SRM/SLM/SmartIT/Smart Reporting/CMDB/DWP/SSO - In-depth troubleshooting and analytical knowledge in BMC product areas - Bachelor's degree from any stream on a full-time basis - Comfortable with periodic weekend work as required BMC's culture is centered around its people, with over 6000 brilliant minds working together globally.
