Staff Software Engineer - React Native

Role Overview: As a Staff Software Engineer specializing in React Native at Redpin in Hyderabad (Hybrid), you will play a crucial role in developing the company's first React Native mobile application. Your expertise will be essential in bridging platforms and ensuring high-quality mobile experiences, working alongside a skilled team of iOS and Android engineers. You will be involved in shaping Redpin's mobile strategy, enhancing the web-on-mobile experience, and defining the long-term direction of mobile offerings in collaboration with key stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the architectural design and implementation of the foundational React Native mobile app for multiple Redpin brands. - Ensure a seamless user experience across iOS, Android, and web platforms. - Guide the transition from native development to a unified React Native codebase. - Mentor native engineers in adopting React Native practices. - Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to align technical decisions with customer impact and business objectives. - Drive cross-functional and cross-regional collaboration to elevate team practices and successfully execute mobile projects.
