Staff Software Engineer - .NET

As a Staff Software Engineer at Diligent, you will play a crucial role in developing resilient, scalable, and secure microservices that power our SaaS platform, simplifying governance for our clients. You will leverage the full capabilities of AWS and focus on building Serverless solutions using .NET, Node.js, and TypeScript. Your responsibilities will include designing and overseeing application architecture, addressing technical challenges, offering expertise in .NET and Node.js technologies, optimizing database performance, diagnosing and resolving database issues, advocating for process improvements, ensuring rigorous testing and quality assurance, optimizing application performance, and serving as the technical owner for epics across multiple workstreams. You will need a Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Math, or a related field, along with at least 7 years of professional experience delivering secure applications in an agile environment. Expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, Entity Framework, RESTful APIs using NodeJS and/or TypeScript, database design for SQL and NoSQL databases, SQL queries and performance tuning, React.js, AWS services, CI/CD practices, Docker, event-driven microservices architecture, and Agile and Kanban/Scrum processes is essential for this role.
