Staff Software Engineer (Lead/Manager Level)

You are a skilled Staff Software Engineer sought to join a team in Sholinganallur, Chennai. Your role involves developing and maintaining high-performance, event-driven systems for real-time applications. Collaborating closely with the team, you will implement microservices, optimize code performance, and contribute to the success of technical projects. Your focus will be on JAVA, Spring Boot, Microservices, Kafka, Hadoop, SQL, and NoSQL technologies. Responsibilities include component development, microservices implementation, performance optimization, database management, real-time analytics, monitoring & alerting, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), container orchestration, caching & data access, code reviews, production support, technical documentation, proof-of-concept projects, and knowledge sharing. To qualify, you must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, strong programming skills in Java, Python, or Go, proficiency in microservices and event-driven systems, understanding of distributed systems, experience with SQL and NoSQL, familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies, basic knowledge of big data technologies, experience with version control systems and CI/CD pipelines, strong problem-solving abilities, excellent communication skills, a proven ability to work effectively within a team, eagerness to learn new technologies, and a basic understanding of agile development practices.,
