Staff/ Principal Mask Design Engineer

As a Non-Volatile Engineering (NVE) Product Engineer in the Mask Design & Tapeout Solutions team at Micron Technology, Inc., you play a crucial role in ensuring quality and efficiency in NAND Memory Design through Custom Layout Design and Tapeout Management. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, implementing, and driving layout edits for development, yield improvement, quality, and process enablement. - Running (DFM) flows and collaborating with Design & Technology Development to craft and implement solutions. - Building, validating, and managing new Design Libraries and Final archives. - Executing final EDA checks (LVS, DRC, LVL) and managing post-processing tapeout flows. - Leading Tapeout order paperwork and coordinating with Partner Teams to ensure alignment of needs, expectations, priorities, and resources to meet schedules. Your qualifications should include: - 6-8+ years of experience in Layout Design / Design Library Management & Tapeout Solutions. - Being self-motivated and driven with a Growth Mindset. - Possessing excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong multitasking, organizational, and project management skills. - Knowledge of Semiconductor Processing including Photolithography. - Strong understanding of Semiconductor Physics and VLSI techniques. - Strong communication skills in written and spoken English. - Exposure to EDA Tools.
