Staff Nurse / Sr. Staff Nurse

As a Nurse at MMM Hospital, Chennai, your role involves maintaining confidentiality in all patient care and record-related matters. You will be responsible for identifying patient and family needs, planning, and delivering necessary care. It will be your duty to accurately record observations, inform the Nurse-in-charge of any changes, and ensure the safe custody and administration of medication following established procedures. Additionally, you will prepare equipment, assist physicians during examinations and treatments, and perform specialized nursing/medical procedures tailored to specific patient populations.
