Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, injections, and IV fluids as prescribed.
• Assist doctors, surgeons, and anesthetists during examinations, surgical procedures, and minor operations.
• Prepare OT before surgeries by arranging instruments, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring adherence to aseptic protocols.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records, charts, and reports.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, hygiene standards, and infection control practices.
• Handle OT equipment with care and ensure proper usage, cleaning, and sterilization.
• Educate patients and families about prescribed treatments and post-operative care.
• Monitor patients pre- and post-surgery, and promptly report any changes in condition to the doctor/supervisor.
• Provide emergency nursing care (First Aid, CPR, trauma management) whenever required.
• Support in maintaining patient comfort, safety, and discipline within the OT and wards.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• B.Sc. Nursing / GNM with valid Delhi Nursing Registration (mandatory).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in OT/Nursing (hospital or surgical setup preferred).
• Strong knowledge of OT protocols, infection control, and sterilization practices.
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and in emergency situations.
• Compassionate and patient-centric approach with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
