An opportunity has arisen for Band 5 nurses to join our Emergency Department. Experience in an acute setting is essential. This is a fast-paced environment with a varied and unpredictable workload so being able to adapt quickly to an every changing environment is vital. We are a Trauma Unit and receive patients from all specialities including medical, surgical, orthopaedics and paediatrics. Opportunities are available for training and you will be part of a welcoming team. Shift work includes nights, days and weekends. Please note this is a Fixed Term post for 1 year.

Please note: the salary quoted is for full-time hours (37 hrs per week). For appointments to part-time hours, the salary will be pro-rata.

If the post is assessed as a "regulated role", your appointment will be subject to joining the Protecting Vulnerable Groups (PVG) Scheme.
