Job Description

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients, ensuring adherence to healthcare standards and best practices.

Monitor and assess patient health conditions, recording vital signs and updating medical records accurately.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, observing for any adverse reactions.

Collaborate with physicians, healthcare professionals, and family members to create and implement individualized patient care plans.

Educate patients and their families on health maintenance, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.

Ensure a safe and sanitary environment by adhering to infection control protocols and safety procedures.

Respond promptly to emergency situations, providing critical care and support as needed.

Participate in patient discharge planning and follow-up care coordination.

Contribute to a supportive and efficient nursing team by engaging in regular training and professional development activities.
Required Qualifications

Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent from an accredited nursing program.

Proven clinical experience in a healthcare setting, with expertise in patient care and critical thinking.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and patients.

Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.

CPR and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.

Commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and adhering to ethical standards.
