Staff Nurse

ARAM Hospital is looking for compassionate, dedicated, and skilled Staff Nurses to join our clinical care team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care, ensure patient safety, and support physicians and healthcare staff in delivering effective treatment. Candidates must have strong clinical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a hospital setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs and administering medications.
• Assist physicians during examinations, procedures, and treatments.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Educate patients and their families about care plans, medications, and post-discharge instructions.
• Ensure infection-control and hospital safety protocols are followed at all times.
• Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges as required.
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals to support patient care.
• Maintain nursing supplies, equipment, and a clean work environment.

Requirements

• Diploma in Nursing / B.Sc. Nursing from a recognized institution.
• Valid Nursing Council Registration.
• Minimum 1 year of experience preferred (Freshers may also be considered depending on requirements).
• Strong knowledge of nursing practices, patient care protocols, and hospital procedures.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in OPD (specify as applicable).
• Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR).
• Strong patient-handling and emergency response skills - Basic Life Support
