Job Description

Patient Care:

Assess patient needs and develop personalized care plans.
Provide direct nursing care, including bathing, wound care, and personal hygiene.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions.
Assist with procedures and examinations.
Provide emotional and psychological support to patients and families.
Educate patients and families on their conditions and treatment plans.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
Document assessments, care plans, and patient progress.
Teamwork:
Collaborate with doctors, other nurses, and healthcare staff.
Supervise and mentor junior staff.
Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other team members.
Other Duties:
Prepare equipment and maintain a clean and safe environment.
Assist with admission, discharge, and transfer of patients.
Follow established protocols and policies.
Contribute to the overall functioning of the healthcare facility.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
