Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our team at Community Oncology Centre, Vasana. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in nursing, preferably in oncology or cancer care.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide high-quality patient care and support to patients with cancer and their families.
Conduct regular check-ups, administer medications, and perform medical procedures as needed.
Develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices in oncology.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing) or equivalent GNM qualification.
Proven experience in nursing, preferably in oncology or cancer care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
Familiarity with hospital policies and procedures.
