Staff Nurse (Female)

Role Overview: You will be responsible for monitoring patients" conditions, assessing their needs, and providing optimal care. Your role will also involve observing and interpreting patient symptoms, collaborating with physicians to devise personalized care plans, and performing routine procedures such as blood pressure monitoring, injections, IV therapy, and dressing wounds. Additionally, you will administer medications and treatments, provide emergency medical care, assist during procedures, maintain accurate patient records, and educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and lifestyle adjustments. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor patients conditions and assess their needs. - Observe and interpret patient symptoms, reporting critical changes to physicians. - Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to devise personalized care plans. - Perform routine procedures such as blood pressure monitoring, injections, IV therapy, and dressing wounds. - Administer medications and treatments as per physicians instructions. - Provide emergency medical care and first aid as required. - Assist surgeons and medical teams during procedures and operations. - Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with hospital protocols. - Educate patients and their families on post-treatment care and lifestyle adjustments. Qualification Required: - Education: GNM - Experience: 1 year in Hospitality - Language: Hindi, English, Marathi Please note that the job is full-time and the work location is in person.
