Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Staff Nurse CVTS (Cardio Vascular and Thoracic Surgery) at Wellsun Medicity Super Specialty Hospital in Lucknow. The Staff Nurse will be responsible for providing pre-operative and post-operative care to cardiovascular and thoracic surgery patients, monitoring vital signs, administering medications, assisting in surgical procedures, and coordinating patient care plans with the healthcare team. The role requires adherence to the hospital's protocols and a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery nursing
• Proficiency in pre-operative and post-operative patient care
• Skill in monitoring vital signs and administering medications
• Ability to assist in surgical procedures and patient care coordination
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a healthcare team
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
• Valid nursing license and certification in cardiovascular and thoracic surgery nursing is an advantage
• Experience in handling advanced medical equipment is a plus
