Job Title: Staff Nurse (Registered Nurse) Department: [General Medicine / ICU / Emergency / gynecology, orthopaedic etc.] Job Summary: We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Staff Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, administering medications, collaborating with doctors and healthcare staff, and ensuring a safe, healing environment for patients. Key Responsibilities: Monitor and assess patients’ health conditions regularly. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Maintain accurate patient records and charts. Assist doctors during examinations and procedures. Educate patients and their families on health care plans and post-hospital care. Follow hospital protocols and ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. Respond to emergency situations with confidence and care. Requirements: GNM / ANM / B.Sc Nursing qualification from a recognized institution. Registered with the State Nursing Council. Minimum 1-2 years of experience (Freshers can apply for junior roles).
