Staff Nurse

Counsel the patient.
 Check laboratory results and reporting the investigations results to the concern doctor. General Nursing care of patient when necessary inside the OPD and wards. Administer treatment and personal care procedures to patients including, but not limited to, feeding, bathing,shaving, changing clothing, cleaning and trimming fingernails, bed making, assisting with ambulation, enemas,skin care and bowel and bladder elimination. Perform a variety of advanced patient care tasks under the direction of nursing staff to include, but not limitedto sterile dressing changes and wound irrigation, nutrition activities including oral/nasogastric infusions, fingerstick for capillary blood glucose testing and urinary catheterizations. Provide such additional care as required to meet the personal needs and comfort of assigned patients. Prepare patients, equipment and supplies for specific procedures and provide manual assistance as required. Perform a variety of tasks as required to include, but not limited to obtaining and recording patient data formedical records, writing orders, answering telephone and/or patient signals and assisting with transfer anddischarge of patients. Collect deliver and conduct routine tests on patient specimens. Escort or transport patients to various hospital locations. Stock and replenish supplies and equipment asrequired. Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein. Participates and contributes to the educational activities in the service. Participates and contributes to all the Quality Improvement activities in the services. Adheres to the rules and regulations of the AHT(Athma Hospitals, Trichy ) and assures that work performed is in keeping with theestablished standards of the NABH. Performs any other tasks and duties appropriate to his/her realm of knowledge, skills and experience asrequired by the management.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
