Staff Nurse (Adyar)

A staff nurse provides direct patient care, which includes administering medication, monitoring vital signs, and maintaining patient records. They assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and educate patients and their families about health conditions and treatment.

Key responsibilities

• Patient care: Provide direct medical and personal care to patients, including administering medications and treatments, and monitoring patient health and symptoms.
• Health monitoring: Regularly check and record vital signs, and report any changes in a patient's condition to the healthcare team.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate, complete, and detailed patient records.
• Patient and family education: Educate patients and their families about their medical conditions, treatments, and how to manage them at home.
• Team collaboration: Work with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Administrative duties: Assist with ward/unit management, maintain clean patient areas, and ensure that facility policies and procedures are followed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
