Nurses educate patients and their families on managing illnesses, understanding treatment plans, and providing home care instructions.
Collaboration:
They work closely with doctors, therapists, and other healthcare providers to coordinate patient care and ensure consistent, quality healthcare.
Equipment Operation:
Nurses operate and monitor various medical equipment to support patient care and diagnostic processes.
Advocacy:
They advocate for patient rights, ensuring patients' needs are met and they are treated with dignity and respect.
