Staff - Mechanical Shift Operation

Job Description: As a part of the team, your role involves ensuring the reliability and availability of SAN LOCO-1 & 2 for operation. You will be responsible for reducing stoppages through preventive maintenance of Packer and other machines such as 8Nos. Truck Loading Machines and 16Nos. Wagon Loading Machines. Additionally, you will have overall mechanical responsibility for the Packing Plant Compressor. It will be your responsibility to maintain spare parts for Packing Plant mechanical items and oversee their repair. You will also be involved in modifications for Packing Plant mechanical work and proper planning of manpower to optimize efficiency. Ensuring the accuracy of cement bag weights and increasing Packer output will also be key responsibilities. It is crucial to strictly adhere to all safety precautions as a standard Safety Committee member for HOT WORK.
