Job Description

What you have:
12+ years in mechanical or product design, with 2-3 years in a management or lead role. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a team, communicating complex technical concepts to all stakeholdersDeep expertise in DFM, advanced tolerance stack analysis, and manufacturing processes for metals and plastics. Expert proficiency in CAD (SolidWorks preferred), engineering drawings, GD&T, and process capabilityA strong ability to understand and navigate multi-faceted design tradeoffs, with proven system-level design experience. Familiarity with CFD and FEA (preferably Ansys and FloEFD), with the ability to guide analysis rather than perform itExceptional engineering fundamentals and a track record of solving highly complex technical challenges. A proactive, self-driven individual who can motivate colleagues and maintain focus on strategic objectives with minimal oversight
