Staff Front End Developer

As a Staff Software Engineer - Front End at Avensys, located in Gurgaon, you will have the opportunity to drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality web products. You will lead by example in writing quality code, contribute to optimizing applications for performance, propose necessary upgrades, and work on building modular and reusable components. In addition, you will identify areas of improvement, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge with the broader team. Key Responsibilities: - Drive collaboration with cross-functional teams to construct and deliver high-quality web products. - Lead by example in writing quality code and adhering to architectural and front-end coding standards. - Contribute to optimizing applications for performance and propose necessary upgrades. - Build modular and reusable components, contribute to shared component libraries, and architect scalable solutions. - Identify areas of improvement, drive web best practices, mentor junior team members, and share knowledge with the team. Qualifications Required: - At least 8 years of experience in front-end development, preferably with React. - Strong core front-end skills in JavaScript and the TypeScript ecosystem. - Experience working with component libraries and strong product sense for client-side performance optimization. - Ability to drive changes and impact across various teams. - Proficiency in modern coding and design practices such as Clean Code, SOLID principles, and TDD. It's great if you have experience leading teams and projects to solve complex problems, working in a data-driven company, analyzing big data, and familiarity with modern JavaScript/TypeScript libraries and tooling like VueJS and AngularJS.
