REQUIREMENTS:

Experience - 6+ years
Strong understanding of the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector.
Experience in Investment Management platforms, applications, or processes.
Creation and execution of functional, regression, and exploratory test cases.
Strong understanding of software testing techniques and methodologies.
Deep knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC).
Familiar with Agile, Scrum, V-model, and Waterfall methodologies.
Experience with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, HP ALM, Bugzilla)

RESPONSIBILITIES

Understand and analyze business and technical requirements for BFSI & Investment Management applications.
Design and document Test Plans, Test Strategies, and Test Approaches.
Create, review, and execute manual and automated test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
Perform risk assessments and identify potential quality issues.
Manage and report defects using bug tracking tools.
Prepare quality metrics, dashboards, and detailed test reports.
Estimate test efforts and contribute to overall project planning.
Participate in Agile ceremonies (Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, etc.).
Provide support in debugging and troubleshooting issues during testing and post-deployment.
Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and techniques.
Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to ensure product quality.
