Staff Engineer, QA Automation

REQUIREMENTS:

• Strong hands-on experience with Selenium and Playwright.
• Practical knowledge or hands-on experience with Generative AI concepts and implementation in QA or SDLC.
• Strong programming skills in JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing using tools like Rest Assured.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies and QA best practices.
• Experience with test management tools such as Zephyr, Xray.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and maintain automated test suites covering functional, end-to-end, API, performance, and security testing.
• Implement automation using Selenium, Playwright, Rest Assured, and supporting tools.
• Ensure high test coverage, stability, and maintainability of test scripts.
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Azure DevOps.
• Enable continuous testing and faster release cycles with quality gates
• Lead the identification, evaluation, and implementation of Generative AI tools across QA processes.
• Manage and oversee the defect lifecycle using JIRA, Zephyr, Xray, or similar tools.
• Analyze test results and quality metrics to identify risks and improvement areas.
• Leverage GenAI-driven insights for faster defect triage, root cause analysis, and prioritization.
