Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, testing, and deploying firmware, software, and/or hardware solutions according to project requirements and company standards. - Leading and participating in architectural and design discussions to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions. - Working as an individual contributor and mentoring junior engineers to foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning. - Demonstrating strong verbal and written communication skills. - Utilizing in-depth work experience with microcontroller peripherals, and having knowledge of capacitive touch will be an added advantage. Qualifications required: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. - Developing C and Assembly applications for 8, 16, and 32 Bit applications. - Experience in Firmware Architecture, Design, and Coding. - Familiarity with Firmware-Hardware co-development, including PCB design and layout reviews. - Collaboration with multi-site cross-functional teams. - Knowledge of MPLAB tool chains is a plus.
