Job Description

As a Verification Engineer at Micron Technology, you will be responsible for: - Verification of Analog and mixed signal circuits. - Generating a Full chip mixed signal simulation environment where analog, digital, and FW co-exist. - Schematic/behavioral model generation of certain blocks to make FC simulation feasible/efficient. - Performing device level electrical rule checks such as SOA, snapback, sfb, etc. - Conducting static and dynamic simulations to identify the leakage paths. - Performing SPF extraction and fanout, coupling checks. - Carrying out power cycling simulations for PL and Brown out events. - Conducting chip level user mode simulations correlating analog subsystems, logic, and FW algorithms. - Reviewing design data sheet and generation of verification plan.
