Job Responsibilities
Coordinate daily staff schedules and duty assignmentsManage staff availability, attendance, and shift planningCommunicate with clients, caregivers, and management for smooth service deliveryResolve staffing issues and ensure proper deployment of home care professionalsMaintain records and prepare basic reports related to staff activitiesSupport the hiring and onboarding of new caregiversEnsure high-quality service delivery across all locationsCandidate RequirementsMinimum qualification: Plus Two (Higher Secondary)Good communication and coordination skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and work under minimal supervisionBasic computer knowledge is an added advantageWillingness to travel within Kerala if requiredJob DetailsLocation: Across KeralaVacancies: 5Company: Bridge Home Care
