As part of our EY GDS – TechOps team, you will be responsible for providing functional support for SAP Order to Cash across various regions for our global clients. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, assess business needs and provide advice on SAP GTS solutions and designs. Mentor and train junior SAP GTS Team Members, sharing best practices and providing guidance on issues and troubleshooting techniques.
