Are you an Active Directory specialist with a security mentality? We are looking for a support specialist to work within a team operating within a 24/7 service, who are responsible for maintaining users and group accounts within Active Directory (AD) to ensure optimal performance, security, and access control within our organization’s network through industry standard consoles including PowerShell. Role summary: We are looking for a Security Engineer who will perform administrative tasks relating to the design, implementation and maintenance within the AD, to protect LSEG. Key responsibilities and skills required for this role: The Security Engineer will contribute to the effective operation of the GSAC processes by accepting ownership of service requests for support and to ensure they are resolved to the customer’s satisfaction within agreed service levels, promoting customer confidence and satisfaction Work within the GSAC team on a shift pattern which includes a 24/7/365 Rota. Accept requests for support by telephone, email and the ServiceNow system. Performing all relevant Security and Access control requests in a timely fashion whilst maintaining accuracy Record every request for support, ensuring these records meet published support and Incident Management guidelines. Assess the impact of each request and take appropriate action. Assign requests to appropriate internal or third-party support groups where required Proactively monitor the progress of each request and escalate where required. ROLE PROFILE: We’re looking for a hardworking Senior Manager, Finance Risk and Controls to join our Finance Risk and Controls team! You will be accountable in creating and maintaining controls framework ensuring that Finance effectively handles its risks whilst delivering its strategic objectives. You will champion a “risk first” mindset and cultivate a strong controls culture across Finance. As the Finance organisation goes through a multi-year transformation journey (Beacon Programme), you will play a key role in improving our controls landscape as a new ERP system is implemented. The successful candidate will report to the Head of Finance Risk and Controls and will be expected to lead a team of three to four individuals. As one of the direct reports of the Head of Finance Risk and Controls, the individual will be expected to help set the direction of the Finance Risk and Controls’ team priorities and engagement performance. Description Brief Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Network Engineer with a minimum of 5-7 years in enterprise networking environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with Cisco switches, Routers, Wireless LAN Controllers (WLC), Access Points, firewalls and a solid understanding of network technologies. Familiarity with SD-WAN, Zscaler, Carbon Black Defense (CB Defense), Cisco DNA Center (DNAC), and Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) is essential. This role involves providing hands-on, on-site support across 3 USP locations in Hyderabad, working closely with local teams and coordinating with stakeholders across various USP departments and organizational levels. The candidate should be proactive, highly collaborative, and capable of independently driving tasks to resolution while maintaining strong communication and documentation practices. The Network Engineer has the following responsibilities: Support network infrastructure by performing troubleshooting, monitoring, and resolving connectivity issues. Maintain enterprise network infrastructure including LAN, WAN, WLAN, and security components. Configure and manage Cisco routers, switches, WLCs, and access points. Manage Cisco CUCM (Call Manager) for unified communications. Administer and optimize Cisco DNA Center for network automation and assurance. Maintain SD-WAN solutions for branch and remote site connectivity. Configure and troubleshoot Cisco Firepower firewalls. Support remote access VPN solutions and secure connectivity for remote users. Monitor and manage Internet Leased Lines, ensuring optimal network connectivity. Raise and manage TAC cases with Cisco or AMC vendors for any network-related issues, including performance, configuration, or hardware failures. Perform IOS and software upgrades on network and collaboration infrastructure to ensure stability, performance, and security compliance. knowledge of routing protocols (EIGRP, OSPF, BGP) and switching technologies (STP, VLANs, EtherChannel). Manage incidents, service requests, and problem tickets using ServiceNow, adhering to SLA timelines. Raise and manage Change Requests, ensuring proper documentation, risk analysis, and impact assessment. Represent changes in CAB meetings to seek approvals and communicate implementation plans. Work on project tasks and help deliver them on time Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT infrastructure projects. Maintain documentation and diagrams of network architecture and configurations. Who is USP Looking For? Experience with CUCM, Cisco DNA Center, SD-WAN, WLC, and Access Points. Knowledge of VPN technologies, remote access solutions, and firewall configuration. Skilled in using network monitoring and troubleshooting tools. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
