Documentation & Audit Support: - Maintain calibration records, equipment history cards, and master list of instruments with traceability to national standards (NPL, NIST, etc.). - Prepare calibration certificates, maintain logs, and update SAP/ERP systems (if applicable). - Support internal and external audits (Customer / IATF / ISO ) by presenting accurate and timely documentation. - Address and close NCs (non-conformities) related to instrument management and calibration. Measurement Systems and MSA: - Support in the execution of Measurement System Analysis (MSA) – Gauge R&R, bias, linearity, and stability studies. - Assist quality engineers and production teams in identifying and resolving measurement- related concerns.
