Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled STAAD Modeller with 34 years of experience in structural modeling and analysis using STAAD.Pro. The ideal candidate will support the structural engineering team in preparing accurate 3D models, performing analysis, and assisting in the preparation of design deliverables for infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop structural models using STAAD.Pro for buildings, infrastructure, and industrial projects.
• Perform structural analysis and support engineers in design calculations.
• Prepare and update structural drawings, layouts, and technical reports.
• Coordinate with design engineers, drafters, and other disciplines for project deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, standards, and project requirements.
• Support in quantity estimation and BOQ preparation as required.
• Assist senior engineers in reviewing and validating structural models.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• 34 years of hands-on experience with STAAD.Pro modeling and analysis.
• Good understanding of structural behavior and design concepts.
• Knowledge of international/national codes (IS, ACI, BS, Eurocodes preferred).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD/Revit or other structural drafting tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Experience:

• Exposure to large-scale infrastructure or building projects.
• Familiarity with BIM processes and interdisciplinary coordination.
