Proficiency in working on Bids and Proposals, estimating manhours, fee calculations, dashboard presentations (preferably with Power BI), various structural framing systems, dynamic analysis of Highrise buildings according to International codes, and design software such as Etabs, SAFE, Ram Concept, Robot, STAAD, RAPT, and similar tools is required.
