Job Description: 1. Outbound Sales Calls: Conduct high-volume calls to potential clients to promote and sell our products. 2. Customer Engagement: Build strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. 3. Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. 4. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity in the CRM. 5. Collaboration: Work with the sales and other departments to ensure seamless customer engagement. 6. Feedback Loop: Provide insights to management on customer needs and market conditions. Qualifications: 1. Telecalling Sales Experience: Prior experience in telecalling with a focus on meeting sales targets. 2. Target-Oriented: Proven ability to excel in a target-driven environment. 3. Reporting Skills: Ability to prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports. 4. CRM Software Experience: Familiarity with CRM software is required; certifications will be a plus. 5. Team Leadership: Experience in managing and leading a telecalling team to consistently achieve daily call targets and sales goals.
