Your responsibilities at EntraID operations involve growing the maturity of the team and ensuring high-quality service delivery. This includes defining, implementing, and maintaining a target operating model encompassing people, processes, and technologies. You will be responsible for proposing process improvements, assisting in hiring and training resources, handling escalations, and ensuring compliance with SLAs and KPIs. Additionally, you will oversee AD to EntraID migration, synchronization of identities, vulnerability management activities, and integration with various applications. Your role will involve coordinating operations globally, administering and maintaining infrastructure, monitoring system performance, managing SSO and Federation requests, user accounts, permissions, access controls, security policies, and troubleshooting issues. As an expert in EntraID incidents, you will provide guidance on resolutions and root cause analysis, act as an escalation point for major incidents, and distribute workload within the team. Supporting audits and effectively communicating technical concepts and risks to stakeholders will also be part of your responsibilities. To excel in this role, you should bring at least 10 years of experience in EntraID support teams, 7 years in managing Microsoft Azure Active Directory and federation solutions, and 2 years as a coordinator or team lead in regulated environments. Hands-on experience with EntraID, strong knowledge of identity and access management principles, and familiarity with IAM technologies and vendors are essential. Proficiency in Windows Server environments and project management, along with excellent communication and leadership skills, are required. Having a university degree in a related field, experience in the Life Sciences industry, and certifications like ITIL, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Expert, or CISP would be advantageous. Your entrepreneurial mindset, continuous improvement focus, and interest in technical advancements will contribute to your success in this role.
