Responsible for technical documentation, compliance Experience and Qualification Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Administrator. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow administration, configuration, and customization. Experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, REST/SOAP APIs). Understanding of ITSM and ITIL frameworks. ServiceNow Admin certification Knowledge of Azure, Google Cloud, LDAP, SSO, and Active Directory integrations. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Experience with Agile or Scrum methodologies.
