What Youll Bring to The Table About You: 5+ years of experience in IAM, with 2+ years in a leadership orarchitect-level role. Strong understanding of IAM principles:authentication, authorization, identity lifecycle, directory services. Hands-on experience with IAM technologies such asAzure AD, Okta, SailPoint, CyberArk, or similar. Familiarity with Zero Trust architecture and multi-factorauthentication (MFA) design. Preferred Qualifications : Certifications like CISSP, GIAC-GIAM, IDPro or Azure Security Engineer Associate. Experience implementing or auditing against standardssuch as ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, DORA, or CIS Controls. Exposure to IAM integrations with cloud platforms(Azure, AWS), SaaS systems, and hybrid environments.
