We are seeking a skilled and versatile IT System Administrator to manage both cloud-based and on-premise infrastructure, support internal IT operations, and ensure the seamless deployment and administration of systems and applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with AWS, M365, web hosting, database management, and vendor coordination. Key Responsibilities: AWS Administration : Provision, configure, and manage AWS services such as EC2, AMIs, and S3 buckets. M365 Tenant Management : Set up Microsoft 365 tenants, create and manage users, and provide basic administrative support. Web Hosting & SSL Setup : Host web applications using IIS and Nginx, including SSL certificate configuration and renewal. DNS & Domain Management : Configure DNS records, create subdomains, and manage hosting-level integrations. Vendor Management & Procurement : Coordinate with IT vendors for purchasing hardware, Microsoft licenses, and third-party services. Database Support : Install, configure, and troubleshoot on-premise databases including MS SQL Server, MySQL, and Sybase. Provide remote access support to development teams. System Administration : Maintain and support internal IT infrastructure (desktops, servers, networking equipment) ensuring minimal downtime. Troubleshooting & Support : Provide L2/L3 support for system, network, and application issues. Preferred Candidate Profile: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 25 years of experience in IT System Administration, with exposure to both cloud and on-premise environments. Hands-on experience with AWS and Microsoft 365 administration. Strong understanding of DNS, networking, and system security. Working knowledge of database systems and remote access configuration. Excellent communication, documentation, and troubleshooting skills.
