Network: Strong network with government agencies, PSUs, and private sector companies in the water and infrastructure domains. Excellent communication, lobbying, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel extensively across the states.. Preferred Background: Worked with EPC companies, large infrastructure players, or consultancies with a government focus. Former government officers with relevant department experience may also be considered. Engineering background or relevant technical understanding is a plus.
