Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer located in Ludhiana. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing CNC programs, reading and interpreting technical drawings, setting up and operating CNC machinery, and ensuring precision machining operations. Daily tasks include programming CNC machines, performing routine maintenance on machinery, troubleshooting issues, and collaborating with the engineering team to meet production goals. Ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety protocols is also a key part of this role. Qualifications Strong skills in CNC Programming and Machining Experience with Technical Drawing and Milling Proficiency in Programming Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team Experience in the agricultural or automotive manufacturing industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred
