Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including Processing PO, Proforma Invoice. 2. Invoicing and generation of E-Invoice & E-way 3. E-commerce Platform Management such as Flipkart, Amazon ,Tata ,Shopify, 4. Reconcile sales and transactions from various e-commerce platforms and ensure proficiency in accounting figures 5. Manage payment gateways and ensure timely collection and reconciliation of payments 6. Monitor and report on marketplace fees, charges, and other financial transactions. 7. Manage accounting and Inventory for virtual locations. 8. Ledger Reconciliation to ensure accuracy in Ledger Balance. 9. Co-ordinate with vendor and follow up for Outstanding. 10. Booking of Expenses in accordance with TDS 11. Monitor and manage accounts payable 12. Process vendor payments. 13. Various MIS Reports regarding to sales and Expenses to support business decision-making. 14. Co-ordinating with sales team for any accounts related assistance. 15. Knowledge of GST and TDS is a must. 16. Reporting to Director, CFO and CA Required Skills: 1. Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (especially Advance Excel). 2. Knowledge: Familiarity with e-commerce platforms (Flipkart, Amazon, Tata, Shopify, Shiprocket, Razorpay and Simpl) and their financial operations. 3. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 4.
