Job Description

Job Title: SSIS (ETL) Developer Location: Kolkata / Bengaluru (Hybrid) Experience: 5 to 7.5 Years Key Skills: MS SQL Server, SSIS, T-SQL, ETL Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage end-to-end ETL projects using SSIS, especially in Team Lead capacity. Design, build, and maintain ETL workflows to integrate data from multiple sources into target systems. Understand and translate business requirements into effective data integration solutions. Perform ETL optimization , debugging, and performance tuning to ensure high data quality and system efficiency. Collaborate with business analysts, data architects, and QA teams throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain thorough documentation of ETL processes and technical specifications. Mentor and guide junior developers and enforce ETL best practices. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field . 5+ years of hands-on experience in SSIS development. Strong command of T-SQL and MS SQL Server database concepts. Experience with ETL/data warehousing architecture and implementation . Excellent analytical, troubleshooting , and communication skills. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a hybrid model. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in leading a team or managing ETL projects . Exposure to cloud-based data integration platforms (Azure Data Factory, AWS Glue, etc.) is a plus. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and modern DevOps tools.
